We strive to provide accurate dietary intake analysis, but the precision of your nutrient report depends on the accuracy of your input. Factors such as portion estimation errors, natural variations in food composition, and differences between database values and actual products may lead to slight discrepancies. Processed and commercial foods, in particular, may have varying nutrient compositions due to brand formulations, preparation methods, and ingredient sources.

To improve accuracy, we recommend weighing your food whenever possible and cross-checking nutrition values from reliable sources. While we continuously update our food database, all results should be considered estimates rather than absolute values.

To get the most accurate dietary intake report, log all foods consumed throughout the day—meal by meal—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. In each entry, specify the food name and quantity. For example, if you had a fried egg and a slice of whole wheat bread for breakfast, enter "Fried egg 60g" and "Whole wheat bread 40g".

Regularly tracking your commonly eaten foods will also help us generate quick-access options for "Most Eaten Foods" and "Recent Foods", making future entries easier.
